有時(shí)我需要大量輸入形如“3405002005XXXX”的號(hào)碼，前面的一長串?dāng)?shù)字(“3405002005”)都是固定的，對于這種問題，用“自定義”單元格格式的方法可以加快輸入的速度：

　　選中需要輸入這種號(hào)碼的單元格區(qū)域，執(zhí)行“格式→單元格”命令，打開“單元格格式”對話框(如圖)，在“數(shù)字”標(biāo)簽中，選中“分類”下面的“自定義”選項(xiàng)，然后在右側(cè)“類型”下面的方框中輸入:"3405002005"0000，確定返回。

　　以后只要在單元格中輸入“1、156……”等，單元格中將顯示出“34050020050001、34050020050156”字符。

　　注意:有時(shí)，我們在輸入6位的郵政編碼時(shí)，為了讓前面的“0”顯示出來，只要“自定義”"000000"格式就可以了。
